Smoking: All aircraft operated by SSAC are NON-SMOKING.
Operational:
Aircraft owned or leased by Provider are operated under FAR Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate #365A251O. Contracted aircraft are operated under their respective FAR Part 135 Air Carrier Certificates, in which case Client shall hold harmless and shall indemnify Provider against any and all losses. Client acknowledges that Charter Operator conducting flight has sole responsibility, liability, and control of all aspects of the aircraft Charter Services, including, without limitation, aircraft availability and commencement and termination of scheduled flights. Client acknowledges that Charter Operator conducting flight shall have full operational control of the aircraft, pursuant to FAR Chapter 135, for that flight.
Trip Quotations:
Trip quotations are estimates based upon Provider preferred FBOs, flight plan routes and distances, and cannot reflect unforeseen delays or deviations, weather events and air traffic control routings. These additional flight time costs, along with catering, aircraft deicing, landing and ramp fees, fuel surcharges above the U.S. national average along with any additional services, fees, or out-of-pocket expenses provided for the Client will be added to the final billing; and, will be charged to Client credit card if final invoice payment is not received by Provider per terms herein.
Payments:
Deposit or Credit Card Hold Authorization is due at the time of booking. A copy of front and back of Credit Card and corresponding ID is required for all bookings. All quotations are estimates, are accurate on the date quoted, and subject to change without notice. The Client agrees to pay SSAC the Total Amount Due shown on the Quote for the flight(s), and all other fees, costs, and charges herein prior to the flight(s). If Payment is not received prior to the flight(s), the cancelation policy shall be in effect.
Payment Methods Accepted: a) The Total on the Quote reflects a 3.5% discount for payment via Wire Transfer, ACH, or check. b) Credit payment is accepted with a three and a half (3.5%) percent payment processing fee (Four and a half percent (4.5%) processing fee for international credit cards).
Payment Additional Items: Any amount above the Quote for items incurred during the Flight(s), shall be due upon receipt of final invoice. Should amount not be paid within 3 business days, SSAC without further notice, will charge the clients provided credit card, the balance of the final invoice and a three and a half (3.5%) percent payment processing fee. After 3 business days, remaining balance shall accrue a fifteen (15%) percent interest per annum rate, from invoice date to payment date. In the event it is necessary for SSAC to bring any action to collect any monies due hereunder it shall be entitled to recover all attorney’s fees that it incurs in doing so, including fees on appeal or in bankruptcy.
Aircraft availability cannot be guaranteed until payments have been accepted by Provider. Payment Processing Fees are non-refundable.
Applicable Federal, State and International taxes and fees are collected on behalf of the client by the Broker and payment hereof will be the responsibility of the Broker.

Cancellation Terms:
Forfeiture of Deposit for the terms of this Agreement shall be calculated from date and time of
departure.
0 – 12 hours: 100%
12 – 24 hours: 75%
24 – 36 hours: 50%
36 – 48 hours: 25%
48 + hours: 0%
No Show Policy and Client Delays:
SSAC reserves the right to treat no-shows as last-minute cancellations, subject to the cancellation terms within. A ‘no-show’ is defined as passenger not arriving to the aircraft at least within 15 minutes of departure in possession of valid government-issued identification. SSAC at its sole discretion, may extend the no-show time for any on-demand charter flight in coordination with passenger if operation restrictions allow.
All one-way and empty leg flights are subject to a 100% cancellation charge. All empty leg flights are not guaranteed and are subject to cancellation by Provider at any time. All Holiday and Special Event cancellations will be subject to 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 5 business days of departure time. Holiday period will be defined as: two business days prior to US national holidays through two business days after US national holidays. Scheduled flight(s) that require International Handling Services shall incur an International Handling Fee. In the event the trip is canceled by Client, Client shall be responsible for any cost incurred directly related to trip or trip planning.
